Flowship Terms of Service
Effective date: July 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of Flowship, a group focus app operated by Steam Engine (steamengine.kr), Republic of Korea ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. How we handle personal data is described separately in the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Flowship lets a group of friends ("a party") build a route through real-world cities and walk it together on a virtual map, powered by each member's focus time. Distances, speeds, and progress are computed by our servers from the focus intervals the app reports.
2. Accounts
- A new account is anonymous and tied to your device. You may optionally sign in with Apple or Google to keep progress across devices.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and device. An anonymous account that is lost with its device (without a linked sign-in) cannot be recovered.
- You must be at least 14 years old to use Flowship.
3. Fair use
The point of Flowship is real focus, honestly counted. You agree not to:
- falsify focus time or tamper with the app, its traffic, or its servers;
- access other users' data or disrupt the service, including through automated means;
- use a display name or activity label that is unlawful, impersonating, or abusive.
4. Your content
You keep whatever rights you have in the short texts you enter (display name, activity labels). You grant us the license needed to store them and show them as the app is designed to — your display name to your party, your activity labels only to you.
5. Virtual items
Souvenirs, medals, badges, distances, and other in-app records have no monetary value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may be adjusted if they were obtained through violations of section 3. Flowship currently sells nothing and contains no purchases.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its design, artwork, and software are ours or our licensors'. Map data is rendered from open datasets credited in the app (Settings). These terms grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app, and nothing more.
7. Changes to the service
Flowship evolves; features may change, be added, or be removed. If a change materially reduces what you can do, we will say so in the app before or when it lands.
8. Termination
You can stop using Flowship at any time and delete your account in the app (how). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate section 3, notifying you unless the violation makes that inappropriate.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for damages arising from use of the service is limited to what mandatory law does not allow us to exclude; nothing here limits liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
11. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will post the new version at this address with a new effective date, and for material changes we will notify you in the app in advance.

Flowship 이용약관

본 약관은 Steam Engine (steamengine.kr, 대한민국, 이하 "회사")이 운영하는 그룹 집중 앱 Flowship(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 서비스를 이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 개인정보 처리는 개인정보 처리방침에서 별도로 안내합니다.
제1조 (서비스)
서비스는 친구들이 파티를 이루어 실제 도시들을 잇는 경로를 만들고, 각자의 집중 시간을 동력으로 가상 지도를 함께 걷는 앱입니다. 거리·속도·진행 상황은 앱이 보고하는 집중 인터벌을 바탕으로 회사의 서버가 계산합니다.
제2조 (계정)
- 신규 계정은 기기에 연결된 익명 계정입니다. 기기 간 진행 상황 유지를 위해 Apple 또는 Google 로그인을 선택할 수 있습니다.
- 계정과 기기에서 이루어지는 활동에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 로그인 연결 없이 기기와 함께 잃어버린 익명 계정은 복구할 수 없습니다.
- 서비스는 만 14세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다.
제3조 (공정한 이용)
서비스의 본질은 정직하게 집계되는 실제 집중입니다. 이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 집중 시간을 위조하거나 앱·통신·서버를 조작하는 행위
- 다른 이용자의 데이터에 접근하거나 자동화 수단 등으로 서비스를 방해하는 행위
- 위법하거나 타인을 사칭하거나 모욕적인 표시 이름·활동 라벨의 사용
제4조 (이용자 콘텐츠)
이용자가 입력하는 짧은 텍스트(표시 이름, 활동 라벨)에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 회사가 이를 저장하고 앱의 설계대로 — 표시 이름은 파티에게, 활동 라벨은 본인에게만 — 표시하는 데 필요한 이용을 허락합니다.
제5조 (가상 아이템)
기념품·메달·배지·거리 등 앱 내 기록은 금전적 가치가 없으며 판매·양도할 수 없고, 제3조 위반으로 취득한 경우 조정될 수 있습니다. 현재 서비스에는 어떠한 유료 결제도 없습니다.
제6조 (지식재산권)
앱과 디자인, 아트워크, 소프트웨어의 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 지도는 앱(설정 화면)에 출처를 밝힌 공개 데이터셋으로 렌더링됩니다. 본 약관은 개인적·양도 불가한 앱 이용권만을 부여합니다.
제7조 (서비스의 변경)
기능은 추가·변경·삭제될 수 있습니다. 이용에 중대한 영향을 주는 변경은 사전에 또는 적용 시점에 앱 내에서 알립니다.
제8조 (이용 종료)
이용자는 언제든 이용을 중단하고 앱에서 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다 (삭제 안내). 회사는 제3조를 위반한 계정을 정지하거나 해지할 수 있으며, 부적절한 경우가 아닌 한 이를 통지합니다.
제9조 (책임의 제한)
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 중단이나 오류가 없음을 보증하지 않습니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 회사의 책임은 제한되며, 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 책임은 제한되지 않습니다.
제10조 (준거법)
본 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 합니다. 이용자 거주 국가의 강행적 소비자 보호 규정은 영향을 받지 않습니다.
제11조 (약관의 변경)
약관이 변경되는 경우 시행일과 함께 이 페이지에 게시하며, 중요한 변경은 사전에 앱 내에서 알립니다.
