Delete your Flowship account

In the app (immediate)

1. Open My Page and tap the gear to open Settings.
2. Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What is deleted, what remains

• Deleted: your sign-in identity (Apple/Google link, email), display name, avatar, home country, private activity labels, and pending join requests.
• Remains, anonymized: the walking distance your parties earned together stays in their journey records — without your name or any identifier that points back to you. A party's shared distance is a shared record; removing you does not erase what the group walked.

If you cannot access the app

If you signed in with Apple or Google, email devkevlee@gmail.com from the email address on the account and we will delete it within 14 days. Anonymous accounts (never signed in) contain no name or email we could verify a request against, so they can only be deleted from inside the app — on the device they live on.

Flowship 계정 삭제

앱에서 삭제 (즉시)

1. 마이페이지에서 톱니바퀴를 눌러 설정을 엽니다.
2. Account 섹션의 Delete account를 누릅니다.
3. 확인하면 즉시 삭제되며, 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

삭제되는 것과 남는 것

• 삭제: 로그인 정보(Apple/Google 연결, 이메일), 표시 이름, 아바타, 거주 국가, 활동 라벨, 대기 중인 가입 요청.
• 익명화되어 남음: 파티가 함께 획득한 이동 거리는 이름이나 식별자 없이 파티의 여정 기록에 남습니다. 파티의 공유 거리는 공동의 기록이므로, 탈퇴해도 그룹이 걸은 거리는 지워지지 않습니다.

앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우

Apple 또는 Google로 로그인했던 계정이라면, 해당 계정의 이메일 주소로 devkevlee@gmail.com에 요청해 주세요. 14일 이내에 삭제합니다. 로그인한 적 없는 익명 계정에는 본인 확인에 사용할 이름·이메일이 없으므로, 계정이 있는 기기의 앱 안에서만 삭제할 수 있습니다.
